Chad A. Walters concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and business law, real estate, construction, and other areas of litigation, including personal injury claims. He has owned and operated his own law firm for 25 years. Chad’s representation focuses on individuals and small to mid-size companies, and ranges from fledgling entrepreneurs to established businesses with a foothold in the Central Florida community. He advises local construction and architecture firms, assisting them with proper State licensure, the negotiation of lien claims, service contracts, subcontracts, and design agreements. He also aids individuals and families with construction defect and home owner’s insurance claims, as well as personal injury claims resulting from automobile accidents and other damaging events. Chad has significant experience with large corporate transactions, and has helped close several multi-million- dollar business and real estate deals. He is well-versed in corporate law and assists new companies with formation and the governance of their corporate books and records.
